Learn all about stalagmites, stalactites and other intriguing rock formations as you walk through the caverns, and finish the tour with an enchanting boat ride through the Glowworm Grotto, illuminated by thousands of tiny glowworms.

On boarding a luxury glass-roofed coach in Queenstown, travel along the shores of Lake Wakatipu and through the rolling countryside to Te Anau.After a morning tea break in Te Anau, the coach continues along the spectacular Milford Road through impressive alpine scenery. Queenstown to Christchurch via Mt. Cook with lunch

Departing Queenstown in the morning we travel through ruggedly beautiful landscape and over the Lindis Pass into the Mackenzie Country. We enter the amazing Aoraki/Mt Cook National Park, home to New Zealand's highest mountain and a chance to enjoy the amazing alpine scenery. We leave Aoraki/Mt Cook village in the afternoon and travel past Lake Pukaki to Lake Tekapo, where you can view the solitary Church of the Good Shepherd and take in the sights of the spectacular Southern Alps mountain range. We then continue through the diverse farmland ot the Canterbury Plains to Christchurch where the tour concludes. Overnight stay in Christchurch.
