Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer Embassy Of The Republic Of Congo on Business Letterhead stating that the PAX is their Employee OR running his business. Return Ticket Itinerary. Original Invitation Letter, attested by Immigration Office OR Commissioner of Police - Republic of Congo. One photocopy of the Invitation Letter is also required. Onemo letter is case if visa is required for 3 months and above. Original yellow fever Card and one photocopy of it. Legalize (Authentic) Patent (Patente) letter or license of tax proof document if the invitee company. Declaration Letter from Invitant to be filled in the same format as provided on our form section. This letter has to be printed on Letter head and signed with stamp of the inviting company of Republic of Congo. NOTE In case of couple (Married or Live-in relationship), the following documents also required: - Marriage Certificate (Proof) - If any baby, birth certificate - Recent Bank Statement (not more than 6 months old) - working proof of the invitee person from Congo
Medical Requirements	Original Yellow fever vaccination certificate and Polio Vaccination Certificate (issued at least 1 month before the date of travel) is mandatory at the time of travel
