• Form to be filled in online at https://portalmre.rree.gob.bo/formvisas/ it has to be printed twice and duly signed on both copies by applicant.
  - Fill the online form. Upload all the required documents except the last visa column and submit
  - Take print out of that form and sign at the signature column
  - Scan the Signed form and Upload the Signed Scanned form on the last Column and Submit.
  - Again take print out and sign the visa form
  - Click on `Finish` Button
• 4 Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) with white background, recently camera clicked, Passport size),
• Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer Embassy of Bolivia, New Delhi
• Invitation Letter from University, Institution, Others.
• Original Yellow Fever Certificate mandatory.
• PCC with Spanish translation.

• Last 3 years ITR.

2. Shivam Adventures can try to submit on behalf of applicants if the applicant has a valid UK, US and Schengen visa. However, in such case, Shivam Adventures needs to check with the Embassy prior to the submission.

PERSONAL APPEARANCE OF THE APPLICANT MANDATORY FOR SUBMISSION OF VISA APPLICATION.

Work visa is given for 30 days, from arrival and then will apply for another 30 days, and for the third time other 30 days. Total 90 days.
