Kumarakom Lake Resort is situated on the banks of the picturesque Vembanad Lake, and provides a large waterfront. In an area of 25 acres, all cottages are independent and are built in a traditionally Kerala style. Some of the cottages are very old. These have been transferred with care and relocated in the Kumarakom Lake Resort. Each has a history, available for the guest to read and carry home.
