  • A letter issued by the company requesting a transformable visa with the motivation and purpose of his/her stay in Madagascar addressed to the embassy, with one or multiple entries and stating the purpose of the applicant visit .
  • Travel Itinerary (tickets WITH TICKET NUMBER)
  • Invitation Letter from Madagascar should have invitee name, contact number, and address.
  • 1 photocopy of valid passport.
  • Police clearance (ORIGINAL) dated less than 6 months issued by the country of origin.
  • Accomodation Lodging certificate or lease of the host.
  • Identity National Card photocopy of employee.
  • Employment contract stamped by the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Laws (Madagascar).
  • Work Permit or Authorization delivered by the Ministry of Public Services, Labour and Social Laws (Madagascar).
  • Work Certificate issued by the employer.
  • Extract from the Commercial Register and Companies (RCS) of the company.
  • Tax Identity Card or Statistical Card of the company (CIF).
  • Identity National Card or stay permit photocopy of the employer.
